Aklama's gift
24" X 48"
Engraving inks and oils on hardboard

The day of which Aklama gifts is not heralded by sunrise, (i.e. by an earth-shaking event).

Aklama is a personal god of good luck and so his name is used as an Ewe word for good luck. He gives gift to people when they least expect them.

The proverb can be used as an encouragement to people to be always hopeful and to banish anxiety from their lives. It is an expression of faith in the goodness of life or God
